Saying It with Impact

In the past I have written about how important it is to be frequent and consistent with your marketing initiatives. If you are going to advertise, for example, a commitment of 9 – 12 months is required to see the full results.

This is a long time to wait, and a big investment, especially if there is little response in the first several months. Doubt can crop up quickly. Fear may take control. You may abandon the process before results have a chance to come to fruition.

The success of your marketing activities is based on a number of variables other than frequency. One very critical variable is the message you are communicating. It is important to clearly understand who your ideal customers are and then communicate a high impact message to them — a message that speaks to their problems with a solution that creates a positive result or change.

Unless you are an experienced writer, consider hiring a copy editor to fine tune your message so it sounds great, achieves the highest level of impact and leaves your audience wanting to take action. Hiring an expert to give your message more “pop” will increase the response time and response rate if communicated through the proper channels.
